1. Introduction

4. Nature of Investment & Risk Disclosure

5. Returns & Profit Distribution

6. Capital Lock-In & Withdrawal

Capital withdrawal is subject to liquidity availability and project conditions.
7. Project-Specific Conditions
A. Crude Oil Mining
Returns depend on production volumes, global oil prices, transportation, and export regulations. Operational disruptions, environmental regulations, and price volatility may affect performance.
B. Bitumen Mining
Returns are influenced by infrastructure access, processing costs, government permits, and market demand for asphalt and construction materials.
C. Aluminium Mining
Investment performance depends on ore quality, energy costs, global aluminium pricing, and refining efficiency.
D. Maritime Cargo & Logistics
Returns depend on freight demand, vessel availability, port operations, fuel costs, and international trade regulations. Delays due to weather, customs, or geopolitical events may affect profitability.
8. Fees & Charges
The Company may deduct:
Management fees
Operational expenses
Transaction and processing charges
All applicable fees will be disclosed before investment confirmation.
9. Compliance & Regulatory
The Company operates in accordance with applicable local and international regulations. Investors are responsible for ensuring that participation in our investment programs is lawful in their jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability
